Clatskanie IGCC Plant, Ore.
Westward Energy LLC has submitted a notice of intent for a proposed integrated coal gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power plant at the Port Westward Industrial Area near Clatskanie, Ore. The facility would have a peak generating capacity of 520 megawatts.
