new positions in Idaho, Montana and Washington state. We are an
alliance of environmental, civic, human service organizations,
progressive utilities, and businesses that promote renewable energy,
energy conservation, consumer protection, and fish and wildlife
restoration on the Columbia and Snake rivers.
