On June 19th, Coalition member Oregon HEAT was awarded the Victorine Q. Adams Award by the National Fuel Fund Network at their annual meeting in Denver. Roger Rees, executive director, designed the innovative program that won the award. It allows homeowners to donate unwanted home heating oil and allows businesses that have contaminated petroleum products to have them recycled—the value going to provide assistance for families in need.
