Energy Matters Update

Up one level

The Energy Matters Update was launched in 2004 as part of the Coalition’s Energy Matters campaign, which mobilized citizens across the Northwest to intervene in two critical processes: development of the 5th Northwest Power and Conservation Plan and Bonneville Power Administration’s “regional dialogue” on its future role in meeting Northwest power needs.

Today, the Energy Matters Update continues to provide coverage and updates on current developments in the continuing push for a clean and affordable energy future, a future in which clean energy sources meet all new electricity demand, create local jobs, protect consumers and the environment, and replace polluting and climate-disrupting resources.
